YORBA LINDA, CA. - Auto Club of Southern California’s annual Car Show & Easter Egg Hunt took place at the John Force RaceStation facility on Saturday April 15, 2006 under cloudy skies and an occasional sprinkle of rain.  But that did not hold back the 250 show vehicles or the thousands of families that showed up to participate in the event.

 

Mattel Hot Wheels had a vehicle display and Art the DJ provided the background music that kept everyone hopping!  John Force and his entire family made an appearance, and Ashley, Brittany and Courtney all took their turns speaking with the Easter Bunny too.

 

On behalf of the UCLA Foundation - Pediatric Oncology they thank us for helping them raise $8,000 for the kids with cancer that need the bone marrow transplants.  Unfortunately this time the kids were too sick from their treatments to come to the show.

The kids in attendance did happen to find the 1000 Easter eggs hidden throughout the Force Racing complex, and prizes were awarded accordingly.

 

The awards ceremony presented the very best in the show with awards and the event ended on a high note with blue skies and sun!
