YORBA LINDA, CA (January 27, 2011) --- Fresh off the announcement that has been promoted to president of John Force Racing, Inc., 2009 NHRA Funny Car champion Robert Hight will head to St. Louis to represent AAA Missouri and Ford Racing at the 2011 St. Louis Auto Show on Saturday January 29th. Hight’s Auto Club Ford Mustang will be on display for the entire show in the Ford display and in a joint promotion AAA Missouri and Ford Racing will have Hight available to sign autographs for the fans beginning at noon on Saturday.
“I am excited to be heading to St. Louis to represent AAA Missouri and Ford Racing as well as all our sponsors like Castrol, Mac Tools and BrandSource,” said Hight, an 18-time NHRA national event winner. “I won the St. Louis race last year and I love the fans here. I am ready to get the 2011 NHRA Full Throttle Series season started. We have made a lot of exciting announcements this week at John Force Racing and I am ready to start the season.”
The St. Louis Auto Show will be held at America’s Center and Edward Jones Dome. The largest automobile event in the St. Louis area, the 2011 St. Louis Auto Show features more than 500 new cars, trucks, SUVs and concept vehicles from over 25 manufacturers.
